When you earn the certification:

Your certification will be featured on your Agent or Broker profile page on BaldwinREALTORS.com.

You will be promoted to the public as a Specialist in your area through the microsite BaldwinSpecialist.com

We'll provide you with tools to promote your certification on your website and business card.

Renewal is required every 2 years in order to keep the certification credentials, marketing materials, and association promotion. Learn more about Renewal here.
Your elite status begins by...

Applying for the program and choosing an area of specialty. Your application will be revised by a committee.

Once you are approved, you will be contacted to register and pay for your courses. The cost for all 5 classes is $210. Any additional "areas" of specialty are $80 each.
Certification classes are offered biannually at Baldwin REALTORS

Classes are a combination of 3 days of live instruction and 2 days of online/video courses.

All classes must be completed within 6 months from the initial course date. Certifications are awarded when you complete all classes.

Classes are offered twice a year for all 3 specialty areas.

The one-day Renewal class is also offered twice a year for those who have held the certification for two years and are needing to renew.
Need to Renew?
Renewal is required every two years to maintain the certification credentials, marketing materials, and association promotion.
You will need to attend a one-day course at Baldwin REALTORS before submitting the Renewal Application.
